Hanging Exhibits
If you are considering using hanging
exhibits, then examine display boards or set-ups, which will give you
room to explore the possibilities.
Hanging exhibits are a design style, which suspend banners, flags, or
items from the ceiling or supported by a solid structure or foundation.
This particular design is mostly common at larger tradeshow exhibits.
Hanging exhibits are not for all companies. They generally cost more
than a booth and usually acquire additional exhibit fees. Tradeshow
production companies must follow strict guidelines for the dimensions of
acceptable displays. Many of these guidelines are put into place by the
venue in which the show is held. Many of the larger hanging exhibits
require additional union labor and forklifts, depending on the size and
weight of the display. In many states, after the displays are hung,
safety inspectors must inspect the rigging to ensure that it is
structurally sound.
Hanging exhibits however can be used as part of your display, by
incorporating hanging signage. Some display booths were designed to
accommodate hanging signage, keeping within the standards of the show's
parameters. Many show production companies do have strict limitations,
therefore be sure to verify that your display does meet with the rules
and regulations.
If you are considering using hanging exhibits, then examine display
boards or set-ups, which will give you room to explore the
possibilities. Many boards have interchangeable parts, giving you the
opportunity to modify your display every year.
