presentations a year. However, they are more fragile than other portable
tradeshow items. Therefore, extra care is needed in packaging and
transporting the projection screen to avoid damage such as wrinkling or
ripping. Many of the newer projection screens come with own carrying
cases that can be checked with many airlines. If you rent computer
equipment from the tradeshow's rental services for use with a portable
projection system of your own, check to be sure that all of the
equipment is compatible. You wouldn't want to arrive at a show and
discover that you could not present your presentation.
A final note, be sure to understand the layout of the venue you will be
present your presentation at to ensure you have a screen suitable
for that environment. In addition, the Room, lighting, and
resolution are other items that you need to consider when selecting a
projection system. You want your presentation to be spectacular.
